Delete my account

A free request, even without access to the application.

  1. Email contact@scalesi.fr with the subject “Comivio — account deletion request”.
  2. Provide your Comivio username and the email address associated with the account. Write from that address if you still have access.
  3. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not send a password, notebook or medical information.

If you lost access to your email or never supplied one, tell us so we can arrange suitable verification. An identity document is not routinely required. You do not need to sign in or reinstall Comivio. If the button does not open an email app, copy the address into your usual email service.

What is deleted

The account, username, display name, email addresses, password hash, sessions, access links and memberships are removed from the active database. Your messages and the topics you created are deleted, including replies to those topics. Reports associated with your account or these contents and administrative records directly associated with your account are removed. Other members’ unrelated messages remain.

If you are a circle’s sole owner or the last global administrator, SYNERI arranges a transfer of responsibility or closure of the circle before erasure. Your account is deleted, not merely suspended.

Timeframes and remaining copies

We respond within one month and confirm processing. Complex requests may require a justified extension of up to two months; you will be informed within the first month. Protected backups expire within 30 days. Support correspondence is removed no later than 90 days after closure, unless a legal obligation or identified dispute explained to you requires retention.

Your notebook stays on your phone

The server does not hold your notebook or local Gemma conversations. Deleting your circle account does not remotely erase them. To remove local data, use the available in-app deletion controls or clear Comivio’s data in Android settings. Also delete exported files and copies from locations you selected.

Delete only selected data

You can delete your messages in the app or contact us about specific data without closing your entire account. We will clarify the scope with you.
